Duties
Teutopolis CUSD #50 is seeking an Interim Girls Basketball Head Coach to lead Lady Shoes Basketball for the 2026-27 season. The program is tied for the most victories in Illinois girls basketball history and is built upon a longstanding tradition of excellence, strong community support, and student success.
The successful candidate will provide leadership and stability for the program during the 2026-27 season while supporting the development, well-being, and success of our student-athletes. The district expects to conduct a search for the permanent head coaching position in spring 2027. The interim coach will be eligible to apply for the permanent position at that time.

The interim head coach will embrace the proud tradition of Lady Shoes Basketball while building upon the strong foundation established by generations of players and coaches. The successful candidate will be committed to developing young women of character and helping student-athletes reach their full potential in the classroom, in competition, and in life.
Salary/Benefits
To be determined by the Agreement between the Board of Education and the Teutopolis Educations Association (TEA, IEA, NEA).
