Duties
Substitute teachers work with our students in K–8 classrooms by implementing lesson plans, supporting a positive learning environment, and helping keep the school day running smoothly when teachers are out.
Qualifications
Must have substitute license or professional license registered in North Cook Intermediate Services Center.
Salary/Benefits
Substitute teachers earn a regionally competitive daily rate starting at $160, with an additional $25 incentive for Friday assignments. Substitutes can choose assignments that fit their schedule and are always supported by our administrative team and staff.
