Duties
Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 School Year for District 50 Schools
Duties:
- Provide speech services to students as required
- Conduct assessment/evaluation of student abilities and needs
- Attend and serve as member of Individual Education Plan (IEP) Team to determine eligibility of students for program
- Assist in the development of IEP instructional goals/objectives
- Assist in identifying other related services for the student
- Reassess/evaluate students progress and submit reports in a timely manner to coincide with IEP review meetings
- Maintain cooperative working relationships with parents, district/special education staff, and community service agencies
Qualifications
Master's Degree and Illinois Professional Educator Licensure with appropriate speech-language approvals/endorsements.
Salary/Benefits
Terms of Employment: 185 days with starting and ending times when school is in session to be determined by school schedule.
