Duties
Clara Peterson Elementary School is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our elementary school team and make a meaningful impact on our students' daily learning experiences. In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support classroom instruction, reinforce lessons in small groups or one-on-one settings, and help maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate exhibits patience, strong communication skills, and a passion for nurturing young minds. This position will aide in fostering student growth, assist with classroom management, and provide extra support to our students and teachers.
Qualifications
Current paraprofessional license, or ability to obtain licensure, through ROE 9.
Salary/Benefits
Beginning pay for ESP personnel is $18.50 per hour. Total compensation will be determined by years of experience and in accordance with the CBA.
