East Maine School District 63 is seeking an outstanding educational leader to serve as the Director of Communications and Community Relations for the 2026-27 school year.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or
related field
Expertise in digital media, including design, multimedia content creation, digital strategy, and audience
engagement
Salary/Benefits
The base salary range is $80,000-$120,000, and the position includes a competitive benefits package.

The Director of Communications and Community Relations is responsible for managing East Maine School District 63’s internal and external communications. This role ensures that families, staff, and residents across our diverse communities, including Des Plaines, Niles, Glenview, Park Ridge, and Morton Grove, receive clear, timely, and accurate information. By overseeing branding, digital platforms, and media relations, the Director promotes transparency and builds strong, collaborative relationships.
