The TriCounty Connections Academy is a therapeutic day school designed for K-12 students
whose complex social-emotional and behavioral needs require intensive support beyond what
traditional settings can provide. We serve students others may have given up on—and we

Qualifications

Must hold a valid ISBE license with LBS1 credential.

Salary/Benefits

Salary and Benefits:

• IRS (take home pay) ranges from $39,649 to $79,340 depending on Education and Experience.  
• Board paid retirement (TRS and THIS Contributions Paid)
• Individual Health Insurance Board Paid
• Professional Development Paid (4 days per year)
• Life insurance
• Mentoring for all new employees
