Duties

• Provide specialized instruction and services to students with disabilities according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Work collaboratively with general education teachers and staff to meet each student’s educational needs

• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional growth in both inclusive and specialized settings

• Maintain accurate records and actively participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring

Qualifications

• Illinois teaching license with Special Education certification (PK–21)

• Experience with life skills programs and/or bilingual/ESL students is a plus, but not required

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of students
