Duties
Germantown Hills School District #69 is seeking a Special Education Teacher to serve students in grades 5 through 8. Candidates must have a strong understanding of effective co-teaching strategies specifically in ELA and Mathematics. Strong differentiation skills are needed for small group, pull-out instruction.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess or be eligible to possess an Illinois Professional Educator License with a K-9 LBS I endorsement.
Salary/Benefits
The base, annual pay for a teacher with a Bachelor's Degree and no experience will be $41,990 for the 2026-2027 school year. The District will also pay the full employee share toward TRS as well as a monthly contribution of $692.28 for individual health insurance.
