Duties
The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills and the ability to maintain effective and courteous relationships with students, parents and staff.
Knowledge of current educational standards, teaching methods, and education pedagogy as well as differentiated instruction based on student learning styles.
Possess strong technology skills (Google Classroom. Google Apps, Microsoft, etc.)
Qualifications
Masters Degree in Educational Administration
Illinois Professional Educators License with General Administrative Endorsement
State Certified evaluator of teachers
Salary/Benefits
Salary range $70,000 to $80,000 subject to negotiation
Benefits package (TRS, Health Insurance, Vacation Days, Sick Days) subject to negotiation
210 day contract
Additional Notes
Lisbon School District is a K-8 setting with 125 students. Lisbon School District received the "Exemplary" designation status through the Illinois State Board of Education. Exemplary status acknowledges the top-performing 10% of schools. This position has the potential of becoming a Superintendent/Principal position.
