- Use multiple student data elements to modify instruction and improve student learning.
- Communicate and collaborate in a strength-based manner with colleagues, parents and the school community.
- Exhibit collaborative and collegial strength-based practice focused on improving instructional practice, student learning, and creating restorative climates.
- Provide instruction of social and emotional skills.

Salary/Benefits
Starting Salary: $50,000.00 annually

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree – Valid Illinois Professional Educator’s License in appropriate field.
Job Goal: Delivering instruction in an environment favorable to learning and personal growth of students enrolled in an alternative education setting; establishing effective rapport with students; motivating students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for becoming a healthy, happy, responsible citizen.
