Assistant Superintendent for Student Learning

Serves as the district’s chief instructional leader, guiding the design, implementation, and evaluation of curriculum and instructional programs.
Supports and empowers building leaders and teachers, fostering alignment, professional learning, and innovation.
Leads district assessment systems and reporting, ensuring data-informed decision-making.
Oversees college, career, and technical education pathways, dual credit programs, and postsecondary readiness partnerships.

Collaborates on school improvement and intervention strategies that promote student success.

Master’s degree in Education (Curriculum and Instruction preferred); doctorate preferred.
Illinois Professional Educator License with General Administrative Endorsement and Teacher Evaluator designation.
Superintendent endorsement and relevant district-level experience preferred.

Salary Range: $191,507 - $210,927 - with a comprehensive benefits package.
