Duties
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join our team. The ideal candidate will support students in and out of the classroom, assist teachers with instruction and classroom management, and help ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide academic and behavioral support to students under the direction of a certified teacher

Assist with small group or one-on-one instruction

Monitor student progress and behavior

Support classroom organization and instructional materials

Foster a positive and respectful learning environment
Qualifications:
-
Paraprofessional Educator License or able to obtain

Experience working with adolescents or in an educational setting is a plus

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Patience, flexibility, and a passion for helping students succeed
