Duties

Applications are now being accepted for the position of Full Time Substitute Teacher serving all three district buildings. We are seeking an exemplary educator who holds a valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) or Substitute Teaching License and is registered with ROE 35.

The Full Time Substitute Teacher will report daily and provide classroom coverage for teacher absences across grade levels PK–8. When not assigned to a classroom, the selected candidate will support students through RtI or Title I intervention services and assist with additional tasks as assigned by the office.

Qualifications

• Valid Illinois Teaching License or Substitute Teaching License

• ROE 35 registration required

• Demonstrated instructional skills and ability to adapt across grade levels

• Strong communication, organizational, and student-support skills
