Duties

• Work with students regarding problems that may impact a student’s educational progress in individual and group settings.
• Complete necessary screenings and evaluations.
• Attend IEP meetings and complete necessary paperwork.
• Complete functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans.
• Have excellent listening skills.
• Work well with others and collaborate on highly sensitive and confidential information.

Qualifications

• Must have PEL endorsed for school social work.
• Experience as a school social worker or school counselor is preferred.

Salary/Benefits

Commensurate with education and experience.
