Qualifications
Must hold a Professional Educator License Valid in Illinois with a music endorsement. Experience as a Band Teacher preferred but not required.

In accordance with experience and PNA Contract ($49,437-$66,785)

Dolton School District 149 is a PreK-8th grade school district with a student population of over 2000 students. Elementary Teaching Candidates must possess a growth mindset and be willing to nurture strong relationships with students, parents, and school colleagues. Candidates must also possess the mindset that the social emotional needs of students must be met in order for learning of curriculum to occur. New teachers to Dolton School District 149 will be supported through a teacher mentoring program.
