Duties
-Demonstrate evidence of professional preparation and knowledge of current practice
-Develop an appropriate instructional program
-Establish clear objectives for all lessons
-Maintain order in the classroom in a fair manner
-Establish and maintain professional relationships
-Contribute positively to the school environment
Qualifications
Professional Educators License (PEL) with proper endorsement
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Salary/Benefits
Per placement on the Salary Schedule of the Collective Bargaining Agreement
Determined based on years of experience and education
