Primary/Grade School Teacher

We are currently seeking an experienced primary school educator to join our exceptional Primary School team for the 2026–2027 school year and beyond. This role offers the opportunity to work within a flexible, responsive curriculum that empowers teachers to explore new and meaningful ways of teaching and learning in real time.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and co-teach primary school core curriculum, (ELA, Math, and Social Studies)

  • Design and implement innovative, creative lesson plans that engage students and support their academic and social growth

  • Supervise recess and breaks, fostering a safe and positive environment for students

  • Assist with the coordination of and actively participate in school activities and community events

  • Collaborate closely with the Primary School teaching team and administration to support student needs, wellness, and curriculum development

Qualifications

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid teaching certificate, bachelor’s degree in Education, or equivalent experience (out-of-state and international applicants are welcome)

  • Experience using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other educational and productivity software

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Confident and effective use of technology in the classroom, including a 1:1 student Chromebook environment

Salary/Benefits

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting Salary: $45,000–$60,000, commensurate with experience

  • Extended Break Schedule: 1 week for Thanksgiving Break, 3 weeks for Winter Break, 1 week for Spring Break, and 11 weeks for Summer Break
