Duties

• Address the social well-being of students (ACES and Trauma Informed Care)
• Provide information and resources for parents and students to support the social well-being of students
• Provide case management services for special education students
• Conduct individual and group social work sessions for eligible students
• Participate and contribute to Eligibility and IEP meetings
• Serve as a liaison for distressed students

Qualifications

Must hold a Professional Educator License valid in Illinois with an endorsement in School Social Work.

Salary/Benefits

In accordance with experience and the Professional Negotiated Agreement. ($49,437 - $66,785)
