Duties
To perform the duties of the building principal at PCUE, a 5th and 6th grade building located in Forrest, Illinois.
Qualifications
We're looking for a collaborative, flexible candidate who values relationships with students and staff and is willing to provide leadership in our family environment. Must be qualified within the State of Illinois. Successful leadership experience is a plus but not required.
Salary/Benefits
Salary is competitive. Benefits include full board-paid family insurance\ and full-paid TRS, as well as sick leave, vacation time, and personal and professional leave days.
Additional Notes
This is a great building with collaborative teachers who consistently work hard to do what is best for kids. We have two full-time Directors of Curriculum and Instruction in the District willing to assist with all things curriculum and instruction! In addition, our administrative team is extremely supportive of one another and works well together to provide the best education possible at PC. We also have an amazing mentoring program to offer candidates with little to no experience in the principalship.
