Qualifications
Candidates must hold an Illinois Professional Educator License issued through the Illinois State Board of Education, with an Early Childhood Endorsement for grades K-3 if issued before 9/20 or grades K-2 if issued after 9/20; an Elementary Endorsement for grades K-5 if issued before 9/19. Candidates also holding an endorsement in English as a Second Language or English as a New Language Pre Kindergarten through 12 is desirable but not required. Certification or endorsements in other areas and grade levels are also beneficial.

In addition to teaching duties, the individual employed will be required to serve on school and district wide committees. Duties outside the school day related to mentoring and after-school programs may be required. The position will remain open until filled.
