Duties
Paxton-Buckley-Loda CUSD #10 is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage semi-monthly payroll, employee benefits, and financial reporting. This role requires confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and the public.
- Process and manage semi-monthly payroll
- Administer employee benefits, including health insurance and 403(b) plans
- Manage leave reporting and substitute records
- Prepare financial and payroll-related reports (Treasurer’s Reports, TRS, W-2s, taxes)
- Assist with budgeting, contracts, audits, and required state reporting
- Support hiring processes and annual benefit enrollment
Salary/Benefits
Expected to be between $50,000 - $65,000, based on qualifications and experience.

FLSA CLASS: Exempt
We would like to begin training the new hire as soon as possible after board approval.
