Duties
Lead and oversee all aspects of the high school football program.
Build and maintain a culture that emphasizes sportsmanship, teamwork, accountability, and player development.
Coordinate off-season conditioning, camps, and team events.
Collaborate with athletic administration, staff, and feeder programs.
Ensure compliance with IHSA rules, district policies, and safety expectations.
Qualifications
Prior successful coaching experience preferred; head coaching experience strongly considered.
Valid Illinois teaching license or ability to obtain required endorsements for teaching assignment (if paired).
Demonstrated ability to develop student-athletes academically, athletically, and socially.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Commitment to fostering a positive culture aligned with the mission and values of Bond County Unit #2.
