Duties
The Middle School Principal provides visionary leadership to promote the academic, social, and emotional success of all students. This role ensures a safe and supportive learning environment, fosters strong relationships with students, staff, and the community, and upholds district policies and state regulations.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Educational Leadership, School Administration, or related field.
Valid PEL with a General Administrative or Principal Endorsement.
Minimum 3 years teaching experience
Previous Administrative experience preferred.
Strong Leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to equity, innovation, and continuous school improvement.
Salary/Benefits
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience. Final package will be negotiated with successful candidate.
