Proper Illinois Licensure
Head Football Coaching Experience Preferred (but not required)
Salary/Benefits
Base Teaching Salary (Year 1 / Bachelor's Degree): $46,500 Plus Board Paid TRS
Base Head Football Coach Stipend (Level 1 with no experience): $4,800
All Experience and Education will be granted for both teaching and coaching.
$1,000 Signing Bonus

The Reed-Custer School District offers an affordable Daycare Program for children of staff members.
Children of staff members can attend Reed-Custer Schools tuition free (if residing outside of the District).
