Duties

Job Overview

 

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will provide individualized speech and language therapy services to students, focusing on their unique communication needs.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess communication challenges and learning profiles of students.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student success.

• Deliver focused therapy in 1:1 and small-group settings, emphasizing auditory processing, language comprehension, and social communication.

• Design and implement Assistive Technology and AAC solutions for curriculum access.

• Train students and staff on AAC usage to ensure effective implementation.

• Collaborate with educators and ABA staff to develop comprehensive care plans.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in compliance with professional standards.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

• Experience with AAC design and implementation preferred.

• Strong passion for working with neurodiverse children.

• Pay: 75k-85k annually, depending on experience.
