Duties
Fisher Jr./Sr. High School is seeking a dynamic and student-centered Business Education Teacher for the 2025–26 school year. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for preparing students with real-world skills in business, technology, and financial literacy. This position includes teaching a variety of business-related courses including Business Ventures, Web Design, Accounting, Personal Finance, Computer Concepts, and a Dual Credit First Year Experience course in partnership with a local community college.

Deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction in:

Design and implement project-based learning experiences that promote critical thinking and problem-solving.

Maintain a classroom culture focused on respect, responsibility, and relevance.

Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction based on student needs.

Collaborate with colleagues in Professional Learning Communities (PLCs).

Maintain communication with parents/guardians and support students’ academic and career readiness.

Stay current on industry trends and continually seek to improve curriculum offerings.

Supervise and/or advise extracurricular clubs or activities related to business, as needed.
