Qualifications
- Must hold a current Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) or Educator License with Stipulations (ELS)
- PEL/ELS must be endorsed in secondary education
- PEL/ELS endorsed in Bilingual Education preferred
- Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL)
