Duties
The Coordinator of Human Resources will be responsible for centralizing and managing key HR functions to ensure a systematic, efficient, effective, and supportive environment for all district staff. The position will help streamline the recruitment and hiring processes, provide clear support in employee benefits and wellness, and lead efforts to enhance staff retention and professional development.
Qualifications
Following qualifications are preferred for the ideal candidate:
- Degree and/or specialzation in Human Resources, Education, or related field
- pHCLE, SHRM or HRCI Ceritifcation
- Experience in human resources and ledership, perferably in schol human resources
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, as well asd speaking and presentation skills
