Duties
The varsity football head coach is responsible for leading all levels of the football program while implementing a vision and approach that promotes growth and success. The position requires planning and leading off-season activities, practice sessions, game strategies, game management, and individual player development activities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess a background in football coaching, a thorough understanding of the various elements of the game, and an ability to lead and communicate effectively.
Salary/Benefits
The stipend for the head football coach begins at 15% of the district's base salary. Previous comparable experience can be considered as well. More detailed salary and benefit information is available at this link
Additional Notes
This coaching position could be paired with a teaching position. Interested candidates who are teachers should apply and assume they are also applying for a teaching position in their subject/content area.
