Duties
Brownstown CUSD 201 is seeking a dynamic and dedicated educational leader to join our team as the Jr./Sr. High School Principal. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about fostering student growth and maintaining high academic standards within a supportive school environment.
- Lead, inspire, and manage faculty, staff, and students in alignment with the school district’s mission and goals.
- Collaborate closely with a highly committed support team, including a guidance counselor, athletic director, and administrative secretary, to create a positive and effective educational experience.
- Promote a school culture that supports the social, emotional, and academic success of all students.
- Develop and implement innovative programs, curricula, and initiatives to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Foster community involvement and maintain strong relationships with parents, community partners, and other stakeholders.
Salary/Benefits
Regional competitive and negotiable based on experience. Salary range is $90,000 to $100,000 per year. Multi-year contract available. The district pays TRS, a stipend for phone, professional organization dues, and professional development.
