Duties
Start Date: As soon as possible
This position is a special education administrator, assisting the Black Hawk Area Special Education District to provide services to 14 member school districts. The Special Education Coordinator will work across various departments to support Cooperative Districts employees, students, and initiatives. This individual must have the proper education, experience, and licensure to work in a Special Education School District in the State of Illinois.
Qualifications
Professional Educator License (PEL), LBS I and General Administrative or Principal endorsement.
Salary/Benefits
Per the BHASED Collective bargaining agreement salary is based upon education and work experience. 195 day contract calendar. Partial board paid health insurance, paid sick and personal leave.
