Salary, exempt, $50,000 - $62,500 based on experience, education, and certification. $2,500 sign-on bonus for external candidates.

The Special Education Teacher in the STRIVE program (Autism/Life Skills) for Hammitt Schools (Lead Teacher/Teacher Therapist) is the lead classroom teacher, responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing the assigned classroom program. The Special Education Teacher provides classroom leadership and works in cooperation with assigned classroom staff. Opening for junior high positions. MUST HAVE BA DEGREE and LBS-1 or in process of obtaining with emergency short-term exception. Offering small class sizes and strong supportive team environment. Currently offering $2,500 SIGN-ON BONUS for external applicants.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required.
LBS-1 or in progress of obtaining for emergency short-term exception.
Salary/Benefits
$50,000 for new teachers, $2,500 sign-on. Pay increases by experience and education level.
