Salary/Benefits
ISBE School Nurse PEL - Salary range for the 2023-24 school year was $42,217-$106,590 depending on education level and years of applicable teaching experience as outlined in the union agreement. Salary compensation information for the 2024-25 school year will be provided when the union agreement is finalized. Benefits for ISBE-licensed RNs can be found here.
Non-ISBE licensed candidates - minimum starting compensation of $27.50/hour. Benefits for non-ISBE RNs can be found here.
