Duties

Special Education Director reports directly to the Superintendent. The Special Education Director works cooperatively with members of the district staff, school administrators and teachers in providing vision and support to the district student services program.

Qualifications

1. General Administrative Endorsement                   
2. Five (5) years of teaching experience in special education
3. Administrative or Supervisory experience in special education
4. Training and experience with special education rules, regulations and laws
5. Director of Special Education Endorsement
