Duties
Donovan Junior High is seeking a dedicated and motivated 6th–8th Grade English Language Arts teacher to join our team.
Our junior high serves approximately 65 students in grades 6–8 in a small, rural Illinois community. This setting allows teachers to build strong relationships with students and make a meaningful impact every day.
The ideal candidate will be able to plan, organize, and deliver engaging instruction that supports student growth and encourages learners to reach their full academic potential. We are looking for someone who is student-centered, collaborative, and excited to be part of a close-knit school community.

Qualifications
Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with appropriate ELA endorsement
Salary/Benefits
Actual compensation based on education and experience as applied on the current Teacher Master Contract.
- $2,000 signing bonus
