Duties
Teach a variety of Agricultural Education/Vocational classes to Brownstown High School students. Serve as sponsor for the local FFA Chapter. Manage the District's tillable acreage, including test plots. Educate students on career pathways in the fields of Agriculture and other vocational areas.
Qualifications
Must possess or be a candidate to obtain a valid PEL in the state of Illinois in the field of Agricultural Education.
Salary/Benefits
Certified teacher contract as negotiated with the Brownstown Education Association
Extended contract up to 55 days
