Director of Assessment and Coaching: is responsible for development of learner success inclusive of metrics reporting, student assessments, progress monitoring, IEP management, and serving as internal IEP expert.
This position also includes conducting teacher evaluation, lesson planning, compliance, safety, and parent communication.
This role works in collaboration with the Head of School. Direct Reports include Special Education Coordinator, Early Childhood Coordinator, and Intake Manager. This role prioritizes
fostering an accountable, nurturing, and supportive educational environment for students and families.
