Duties
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. All duties outlined in the teacher job description
2. Communicate student grades with Harper College and ensure that all paperwork and applications are completed by the students according to set deadlines.
3. Communicate to students and ensure compliance with the Harper College Basic Nursing Assistant Training Program Guidelines
4. Perform other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Department Chair and/or Principal
Qualifications
Qualifications:
1. Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree
2. Train-the-trainer CNA certification Location: Secondary-BHS:
3. Certified in Illinois to teach Career and Technical Education with a speciality in Health Science *Provisional Certificate may be acceptable
4. Approved by Harper College to teach Dual Credit Courses at BHS
