Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals to provide comprehensive social-emotional support and intervention services for our member school districts to promote student success.

Must have a valid Illinois School Social Worker License

To the right candidate, BMP offers a competitive salary as well as several unique benefits that promote a healthy work-life balance. We are open to a multi-year contract in exchange for additional compensation.
School psychologists with 2 fewer years of experience can qualify for an additional $5,000 stipend!
Additional Notes
Effective for the 2025-2026 School Year, all newly hired Social Workers with 2 or fewer years of experience may be eligible for an additional $5,000 a year stipend for three years.
Qualifications:

You must be fully licensed and have the ability to work the full contract in a BMP-determined “hard to staff” position.

You must have 2 fewer years of experience in your field.

You must sign a 3-year contract

You must receive “Proficient” or better on your final evaluation.
