Duties
The Language Arts Teacher demonstrates an understanding of current best practice, strong knowledge of grade level standards, and a passion for teaching and learning. The Language Arts Teacher is responsible for helping students learn subject matter and skills and also works to strengthen their habits of mind. The Language Arts Teacher strives to differentiate instruction based on learning needs, learning preferences, and student interest. Finally, the Language Arts Teacher possesses the ability to work, communicate and collaborate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
