Illinois State Board of Education Professional Educator Licensure with administrator endorsement. Minimum of five (5) years experience in education leadership. Performance Evaluation Qualification (Teacher evaluation required & Principal evaluation preferred). Strong knowledge of School Code, state and federal laws, and District policies. Experience with curriculum and instructional program implementation. Proven track record of utilizing data to make informed decisions to improve student achievement. Excellent oral/written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Experience establishing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with varied groups.
