Duties

The SLP for the NIA Deaf/Hard of Hearing Program will provide IEP based speech/language services via total communication for students within the Deaf/Hard of Hearing Program. Duties include planning and delivery of therapy, evaluations, documentation, IEP compliance, and program support and consultation, including case management as needed. This position may require travel between school buildings. 

Starting at $57,469 - Bachelor's 0 years experience

Ending at $101,985 - Doctorate 25 years

Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree with Illinois Professional Educator License in Speech/Language Pathology
  • Basic sign language skills and a basic understanding of Deaf/Hard of Hearing education preferred
  • Strong CFs will be considered
