Duties

 

  • Develop and deliver engaging math and science lessons aligned with state standards.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to implement best practices for instruction and assessment.
  • Build strong relationships with students, families, and community members to support student success.
  • Participate in professional development and school improvement initiatives.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • A valid Illinois teaching license with endorsements in Math and Science (or the ability to obtain one).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A commitment to the success of all students in a small school setting.

 

 

Salary/Benefits

Per the negotiated contract, BEA Agreement 2024-25 through 2026-27
