Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Prior human resources, school district, payroll, benefits, or administrative experience preferred
• Knowledge of employment practices, personnel procedures, and applicable labor laws preferred
• Experience working in a school setting and/or with collective bargaining agreements preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive matters
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Salary/Benefits
Salary and benefits established by the Board of Education, Salary Range $45,000-55,000
