Duties

Dieterich CUSD #30 is seeking a dynamic, student-centered leader to serve as Junior–Senior High School Principal beginning with the 2026–2027 school year. Dieterich Schools is a progressive, high-achieving district located in Effingham County, Illinois, dedicated to providing a supportive learning environment and preparing all students for success.

Qualifications

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License with General Administrative or Principal endorsement
• Strong instructional leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and community

Salary/Benefits

• Contract: 10.5 month, renewed annually
• Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Benefits:
