Duties

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
1.        Complete necessary diagnostic evaluation, data collection for Case Study Evaluations and crisis intervention. 
2.        Social/Emotional

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:
1.         Master's Degree in Social Work
2.         Standard type 73 Illinois Certification for School Social Work
3.         Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
