Duties
St. Teresa High School is seeking highly qualified candidates for a full time High School Biology/Anatomy teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. Successful candidates are able to creatively engage students with a variety of instructional practices that inspire today's learner; effective use of assessments to gauge learning and guide curriculum choices; and creates a student-centered classroom environment focused on success. Classroom includes a fully equipped, state of the art lab.
Qualifications
Illinois licensure and High School Science endorsement(s) required. Ability to work with different levels of students to differentiate instruction. Knowledge of college readiness skills are preferred. Teamwork and collaboration are required, along with reflection and a desire to continually improve your practice.
